Background
The Maryland Coalition For Roadway Safety was looking to grow and leverage a strong and passionate base of advocates who have lost loved ones due to automobile crashes; as well as members of the public who are concerned about safety for all on Maryland roadways.
Composition
The logo is based the elements of the Maryland state flag and its colors. Final design needed to convey the public protection, road safety which signifies by the shield shape used for road signs in US.
Purpose of the Logo
Drawing the attention and curiosity that immediately conveys a general sense addressing our purpose to promote Maryland roadway safety.
